BBettiX Complaints Service (BCS)

By submitting a complaint using BBettiX Complaints Service (BCS), you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

BBettiX Complaints Service is a completely free service and does not require any charges.
BBettiX Complaints Service is a mediatory service between players and casino operators offered by BBettiX.
BBettiX cannot be held liable for the outcome of any complaint cases submitted through BBettiX Complaints Service.
Only registered members of BBettiX are allowed to use the Complaints Service.
You authorize the BBettiX Complaints Team to request and/or receive from the affected casino operator information related to your casino account, registered details, gambling logs, activity, and/or any other information which could help us identify the issue and provide a justified and fair judgment.
BBettiX reserves the right to reject or close as resolved any complaint case that is not in accordance with the Complaint Guidelines or is missing crucial information, such as the registered username and email at the casino.
BBettiX Complaints Service is public, and all posts and/or attached files to a complaint case are public. It is the player's obligation to hide or mask any personal details included in these posts and/or attached files.
The information exchanged during the complaint process between the player and BBettiX, and casino representatives and BBettiX, is strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties.
Both parties (player and casino or sportsbook representative) involved in the BBettiX Complaints Service are obliged to follow the implemented time frames of 96 hours available for each side to respond.
The only communication channel allowed for discussion and exchange of information concerning the BBettiX Complaint Process is via email. BBettiX does not discuss complaint cases over Skype or any other communication means.
Both parties (player and casino representative) involved in the BBettiX Complaints Service may request their complaint case to be reopened up to two times. BBettiX reserves the right to refuse such requests if there are not enough reasonable grounds for reopening.
BBettiX considers and judges all complaint cases based only on the facts and evidence presented by both parties during the Complaint Process.
The above rules may be changed without prior notice and become effective immediately.

Forum Rules

By using the BBettiX Forum, you accept the following rules:

You will not post any material (Post, Link, or Image) that is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, discriminatory, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of international law. This includes all links: in your signature, profile, bookmarks, as well as posted photos and avatars.
Abusive behavior is not acceptable, and your account will be suspended.
Strictly Forbidden:
- Posting the same message to more than one thread or topic section.
- Spamming, Flooding, Chain Letters, Pyramid Schemes, and Solicitations.
- Promotions, Advertisements, or Bonuses.
- Mass Private Messages or Emails.
- Posts that could be considered insulting or offensive and might damage another's business. Accusations without valid evidence will not be tolerated.
We will not tolerate advertising or promoting any so-called "gambling strategies." Doing so will lead to suspension of your account.
Do not post real names, email addresses, or other personal details that may be considered confidential information from private correspondence or user databases.
Do not post copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or have written approval from the copyright owner.
All posts become the property of BBettiX.com once they are posted. Any copying or pasting of posts from this forum to others requires explicit permission from BBettiX.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or permanent banning of your account.

By using the BBettiX Contact Us feature, you agree to the following terms:

You will not post any material that is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, or in violation of international law.
Do not make statements that are abusive, defamatory, or harassing to live chat hosts.
Do not use Contact Us to advertise, promote, or reference other online entities.
Do not use Contact Us to discuss complaints—these are handled via BCS and email only.
Pay attention to the formatting of your comments; avoid excessive use of caps lock.
Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension or a permanent ban of your account.
